Gay Performer Damon Audigier Arrested for Murder

Gay adult performer Damon Audigier was arrested Monday in connection with the overnight stabbing death of an 18-year-old El Reno, Okla., man.

Audigier, whose real name is Damon Richey, was charged with murder, assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious injury to property after he and another man were apprehended near the scene of the slaying. Both suspects are being held in the Canadian County jail.

According to police reports, Richey, 19, of El Reno, and Jeremy Pendleton, 28, of Oklahoma City, argued with victim Levi Lusty several days earlier. Overnight Sunday, Richey and Pendleton broke a window to gain access to Lusty’s girlfriend’s home. When police arrived at about 2:30 a.m. in response to a vandalism call, they found Lusty’s body inside. Officers observed a black van leaving the scene, and when they stopped the vehicle, Pendleton attempted to flee. He was apprehended and charged with first-degree murder.

As Audigier, Richey performed for Buckshot Productions, BaitBuddies, CircleJerkBoys and HazeHim. He had roles in Falcon Studios’ Roadtrip series and Channel 1 Releasing’s firefighter feature, Playing with Fire: 4 Alarm. Reportedly, his most recent performance was two weeks ago in a scene for Citiboyz.com.
