'The Advocate' Begins Online Newsmagazine Broadcasts


The largest national Gay News Magazine is going Online with a monthly web cast series . Hosted by Thomas Roberts (very nice eye candy) this isn't just some gay news bites, the first episode runs over 43 mins. Now you can get all the groundbreaking gay news you expect from The Advocate anytime you want.


“The Advocate On-Air is dedicated to examining current news, politics, lifestyle and cultural trends,” said Editorial Director Jon Barrett, who regularly will deliver his opinions and analysis in a segment titled “I Advocate.”


The show’s debut episode includes a behind-the-scenes look at the 2010 Olympic Games from a gay perspective; an interview with new Houston Mayor Anise Parker, an out-and-proud lesbian, and a report about growing dissatisfaction with the inability or unwillingness of Congress and the president to address gay issues on a national level.
