Marc Anthony Donais, also know to the gay community as porn star Ryan Idol, has been convicted of attacking a former girlfriend and a toliet tank lid.
Ryan Idol appeared in Sacramento Superior Court today to hear the judge’s decision about his motion for a “new trial” or to be sentenced for his attempted murder (and other) convictions from his trial one year ago. Unfortunately, the judge denied the motion for a new trial and sentenced Ryan to State Prison for an aggregate term of twelve (12) years total (at 85%) for the attempted murder and the other related convictions from the trial last September (2011). He was given a total of 466 days credit for the jail time he’s served the past year. Ryan’s attorney will file for an appeal.
