AMG Brasil Hottest Orgy Title is Out for Summer

AMG Brasil has released its latest hot title, “Suruba: Azul,” directed by company founder Dennis Bell and starring a cast of 10 Brazilian of the hottest performers you have ever seen, shot on location near Rio de Janeiro.

2008 Grabby Winners Announced

Australia’s First Openly Gay Olympian

Matthew Mitcham has done what no Australian athlete has done; he has taken the courageous step of revealing his sexuality to the media.

"The more you have experienced, the more you have to draw off. I look at the last 20 years as a long, winding path of lessons and some hardship. I hope the rest of my life isn't straight because that could be boring.

"I hope it continues to wind, but maybe not so tumultuous. I hope I do have a long and winding path and more lessons to learn. I look forward to that."

May is National Masturbation Month

European Gay Porn Awards Winners Announced

The winners of the European Gay Porn Awards (EGPA) were announced on Saturday, immediately following the presentation ceremony, held at the ufaFabrik International Centre in Berlin.

Michael Lucas in Legal Trouble for “Bareback” Infringement

Spunk Video and parent company LBB Corp have filed suit against Lucas Distribution claiming that Lucas released a bareback gay video that Spunk owns exclusive rights to.

Spunk claims that they bought the video, which they released in November under the title “Nasty Piss Boys,” from a European director who was commissioned to produce the film originally by Lucas. Upon completion, Lucas apparently rejected the film and the director then sold it to Spunk Video.

In April, according to Spunk Video Executive Producer Mike Brady, his company received an email from Lucas Distribution promoting a video titled “Raw Twinks in Czech,” which included photo stills from the movie and was marketed under the European producer’s imprint. Recognizing the content of the photos, Brady claims the company sent a cease-and-desist letter to Lucas within two hours of receiving the promotional email, but received no response form Lucas. “He ordered up a movie, then changed his mind and decided that he didn’t want to release a bareback movie,” Brady says.

Brady also says that he contacted Michael Lucas personally and asked for proof of the company’s right to distribute the film. “I said to him, ‘What’s the deal about this?’ And he said that he produced the movie,” Brady described. “And I said, ‘Well, you didn’t pay for it,’ and he said, ‘I have a non-exclusive license to the movie.’ I asked if he would send me the contract, and he said he would fax it, and he never faxed it.”

In view of Michael Lucas’ well-known anti-barebacking stance within the adult industry and in the gay community at large, the allegations against his company for distributing a bareback movie seem especially controversial. Brady claimed also that Lucas had told him that 1,000 copies of the DVD had been produced and that after they were sold, he would not reproduce more of the title. “That’s $25,000 [at wholesale],” Brady said. “That’s money that belongs to us. It’s our movie. “He was completely unreasonable about the situation. He said that he’d only pressed 1,000 DVDs and [he'd] sell them, and then that’s all.”

This afternoon, Lucas Entertainment issued a formal statement regarding the case. It said, “Lucas Entertainment never had and does not have any intentions to produce bareback videos. Our company is also not concerned about Spunk Video’s motives to issue such a baseless press release.”

The statement also included a quote from Lucas Entertainment CEO and President Michael Lucas, who said, “I’m not even remotely interested in reading Spunk Video’s press release and Spunk Video is welcome to take any letter they have to any court they choose."

First Openly Gay Illinois Lawmaker Dies

Larry McKeon, the first openly gay member of the Illinois state legislature, died Tuesday in Springfield, Ill., the Chicago Tribune reports. He was 63. He was named to the Chicago Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame in 1997.

McKeon had suffered from cancer and AIDS-related illnesses, but the immediate cause of death was a stroke, according to a Springfield newspaper, The State Journal-Register. Barbara Flynn Currie, the majority leader in the state house of representatives, announced his death Wednesday from the house floor in Springfield, the state capital.In 2006 he decided not to seek reelection because of his health. Recently he had been working part-time as a lobbyist in Springfield for clients including the AIDS Foundation of Chicago.

McKeon was an army veteran and had been an officer with the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department before moving to Chicago in the 1980s to attend graduate school. He then worked as a college instructor and social services administrator, and in 1992 he became executive director of the Chicago Human Rights Commission's Advisory Council on Gay and Lesbian Issues.

California's top court overturns gay marriage ban

In a monumental victory for the gay rights marriage movement, the California Supreme Court overturned a voter-approved ban on gay marriage Thursday in a ruling that would allow same-sex couples in the nation's biggest state to tie the knot.

Domestic partnerships are not a good enough substitute for marriage, the justices ruled 4-3 in an opinion written by Chief Justice Ron George.

"Our state now recognizes that an individual's capacity to establish a loving and long-term committed relationship with another person and responsibly to care for and raise children does not depend upon the individual's sexual orientation," the court wrote.

"Today the California Supreme Court took a giant leap to ensure that everybody — not just in the state of California, but throughout the country — will have equal treatment under the law," said City Attorney Dennis Herrera, who argued the case for San Francisco.

The South Korean government has started a multilevel "war against pornography," intended "to fight against lewd material on television, the Internet and elsewhere, in order to prevent children from accessing sexually explicit content that sometimes leads to sex crimes," according to the Korea Times.
