Star of HBO's "Looking" Daniel Franzese Drops Music Video for 'Young Santa'

It’s a raunchy welcome to the Christmas season with Franzese as the first Santa to reward those on the naughty list. One can only imagine what he does with those elves in the back of his sleigh.

In association with The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, Franzese will perform "Young Santa" Dec. 1, on World AIDS Day, at UCLA. He has pledged to take a selfie with everyone who signs up to get tested.
