Bad Boy, Cody Castagna was arrested and jailed in Tampa FL this week and charged with grand theft third degree and frudulent use of credit cards.
This isn't his first scuffle the hottie has had with the law, in 2007 he brought down Washington state Republican, antigay Richard Curtis with crossdressing, bareback sex blackmail and faced an extortion rap.
