It was Michigan's second huge win in a multi-state lottery in eight days, following a $140 million Mega Millions winning ticket sold in the Upper Peninsula. The holder of that ticket has yet to come forward. Powerball rules in Michigan say winners can't stay anonymous.
The name of the winner has not been announced. Calls to the Uptown Book Store, the adult video and book store where the ticket was purchased, rang unanswered Sunday. The owners of the Book Store will receive a $50,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
