Cops Won’t Bring Charges in High School Gay Porn Snafu

Police say they will not bring charges against the employee of a blood bank who accidentally included images of gay sex in a PowerPoint presentation he was giving to an assembly room full of Norwin High School students. The images had not been removed from a Flash drive on which he had also placed the presentation.

In a previous post, the unnamed Central Blood Bank employee was suspended immediately following the incident, and his employer sent letters to parents apologizing for the mishap. According to the Associated Press, the letter also explained that the worker “violated policies by not having a supervisor review his presentation, and by using a personal computer storage device.”

The AP story does not say if the employee is still on suspension, but it does note that attorney Peter Payne “still plans to sue the blood bank on behalf of upset parents in the town about 25 miles east of Pittsburgh.”
