What star doesn’t want a reality show; look what it did for Paula Abdul or Whitney Houston. I mean Cher has made some great choices like endorsing the sugar substitute (the pink stuff… said in my best Cher Voice) or the infomercial with fat chick and the hair products and let’s not forget her tacky medieval catalog line for that short bit in the 90’s.
The show is titled “Coming out with Cher and Chas” and sources say “Cher and Chastity Bono believe they are on to a winner and have been setting up meetings with the major networks.” The pair will act as “celebrity counsellors” to those struggling to find the courage to admit to their parents that they are gay.
Cher might be an Icon for some gay men, but when her own teenage daughter came out as a lesbian, she threw a fit and made her into therapy to cure her.
Im sure the new reality show will have Cher singing “If I could turn back time” and have us on the edge of our seat watching this train crash for “one liners” to use at dinner parties.
