Jose Vela was suspended after his arrest of two charges of sexual assault. Three more former police dept employees have since accused Vela of sexual harassment. Investigators have accused Vela of performing oral sex on a male employee after the man passed out drunk at a party at the Chief’s home. He has also been accused by a different male employee of violating with an object with that man was passed out. (Don’t all parties end this way?) Seems like job perks to me.
