Kurt Wild was fired from his job at Subway when his porn past was discovered by the manager. It all started when an angry customer recognized him and refused to let Wild handle his meat. Porn Stars and Real Life Partners Launch Production Label Slutgarden

Performers and partners Angel Skye and Brad Star have teamed up to launch ASG Entertainment and Slutgarden Productions.

Sky has made his directorial debut with the company’s first title “South Beach Diaries” that features Sky with Billy Davidson, Jason Fury, Sean Preston, Luke Riley, and Kameron Scott. Sky and Star met three years ago in Florida and became romantically involved. They eventually moved to New Jersey and set about founding ASG Entertainment in earnest.

Skye said “Slutgarden” is borrowed from the Marilyn Manson song of the same name. Gay Italian Cops Coming Out

Italy's gay police and military officers are making a big push in the fight against homophobia and prejudices in their line of work.

Some of the gays in uniform have set up a new group, Polis Aperta, to help combat discrimination from their fellow officers, enabling more to come out and not keep their sexual orientation a secret.

The founding meeting for the new organisation will be held later in September in the city of Bologna, and the groups president Nicola Cicchitti said, '"We're coming out against creeping discrimination."

Italy is quite a socially conservative nation where the subject of homosexuality is still quite taboo and gay men are often not comfortable to even come out to their families.

A gay rights group, The Mario Mieli Association, said that the new push by gay police and military officers "will move Italy closer to the rest of Europe and break with the absurd macho taboos which still pervade the armed forces."

Police allege that the accused man attacked four people 3 men and a woman that were walking along Columbus Ave in the heart of the gay area when a car pulled up and yelled anti gay remarks at the group. Brandao and several other men (who remain at large) got out of the car and beat two of the men and punched the woman. The names of the victims are being withheld.

"I believe that honoring the family structure is that important," Palin said.

Palin said she doesn't know if people choose to be gay. Asked if she would support a Constitutional amendment to overturn the Alaska Supreme Court decision mandating public employers to provide benefits equivalent to same-sex couples, Sarah Palin responded "yes."

Titan Media’s Copyright Suit dismissed against Video Sharing Website

In a decision seen as very important precedent for Viacom vs Youtube, federal judge dismissed Titan Media’s copyright infringement against Veoh. Veoh is a video sharing website.

Titan's parent company IO Group filed suit against Veoh in 2006 after discovering that users had posted clips from ten Titan Media videos to the site. Veoh claimed it was unaware of the infringement and that it took steps to remove the material, pleading its defense under the “safe harbor” provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Titan argued that Veoh did not adequately enforce its policy against copyright infringement, allowing users to repeatedly post illegal content using different screen names and e-mail addresses. The lawsuit also pointed to the presence of the Titan logo in one clip and the absence of 2257 notices in the sexually explicit videos as red flags that should have alerted Veoh to the issue.

Titan maintained that because Veoh encoded the clips, the site should be held responsible for the piracy. But the court ruled that since the encoding process is automated, Veoh is not liable for damages.

"The record presented demonstrates that, far from encouraging copyright infringement, Veoh has a strong DCMA policy, takes active steps to limit incidents of infringement on its website, and works diligently to keep unauthorized works off its website," wrote U.S. Magistrate Judge Howard Lloyd. "In sum, Veoh has met its burden in establishing its entitlement to safe harbor for the alleged infringements here."

Many see the decision as a potentially important precedent for the high-profile Viacom vs. YouTube lawsuit and other cases involving copyright issues and user-generated content.

FDA / Border Patrol Declares Open Season for Cockrings
